Hours: Full Time & Part-Time Available
Salary: £20,841 - £21,924 pro rata, our full time hours are 37.
Our North Lanarkshire Support Service principal is to promote independence, choice and to work with the people we support to enable them to lead the life they choose. As a Support Practitioner you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support thus enabling access to everyday life experiences including education, employment and social activities as well as providing support to sustain and develop relationships alongside skills for everyday living including budgeting, personal care and domestic skills which allows the individual to achieve their own personal outcomes
