Rosie’s Cafe

Rosies Social Enterprises is part of the charity Turning Point Scotland.  We provide vocational training, support and work experience for people who have mental health issues and those who have an acquired brain injury.  We operate as professional businesses and our trading activities provide income which supplements the funding that is provided through our commissioners.

In this role, you will be required to supervise the day to day running of our café area, working alongside, supporting and motivating, our service users to provide an excellent service to our customers. You will create a welcoming community feel within the café and build good relationships with our customers, the wider community and partner organisations within the Community Campus.

 As the Café Co-ordinator, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes.
