About the Role

This is an exciting role for Turning Point Scotland and will help us deliver high quality, person-centred care for the people we support. You will play a critical part in promoting good practice and driving service improvement.

Working with managers at all levels in the organisation to embed audit and quality assurance systems into services and support a learning and continual development organisational culture. 

In collaboration with our Executive and Senior Management Teams to ensure the organisation complies with current and emerging legislation and regulatory requirements.  As our Quality and Audit Manager, you will support the longer-term strategic development as well as being responsive to immediate and urgent organisational priorities.

About You

You will have a genuine commitment and experience of working with people within the Health and Social Care sector.  You will have knowledge of evaluation and improvement methods, have sound analysis and communication skills, have the ability to take a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and issue resolution and can demonstrate your ability to build key relationships.

Using your knowledge of relevant current legislation, policy, and practice. This will include knowledge and experience of Care Inspectorate, National Care Standards and other relevant regulations.

You will need to work flexible hours, travel and occasionally stay away from home.

The roles cover various locations across Scotland.
