We have a fantastic and rarely available opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Award Winning Team.

About the Role

You will be working with managers at all levels in the organisation to ensure our People Plan is achieved by bringing your Employee Relations and case management experience and knowledge in order to build key working relationships both internally and externally.

 

As our HR Business Partner, you will be building strong relationships with both managers and staff to provide a comprehensive ER service which guides, coaches and advises on a range of employee relations activities and case work.  You will also support organisational people solutions which are aligned to our People Strategy.   

 

We operate an agile working approach, which enables our Employee Relations team to work flexibly, with some travel to our regional services.

 

About You

As our experienced HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing generalist advice to managers and staff across a full range of Employee Relations including, absence, disciplinary, investigations, grievances, consultation/TUPE, policies and procedures.

You will work closely with line managers and HR colleagues and have a thorough understanding of UK Employment Law.
