Hours: Full Time 37 hours & Part-Time Available
Salary: £10.83 per hour (£20,841 year) rising to £11.12 (£21,390) in first year of service.
The top of the scale point is £11.39 per hour (£21,924)
Our North Lanarkshire Support Service principal is to promote independence, choice and to work with the people we support to enable them to lead the life they choose. As a Support Practitioner you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support thus enabling access to everyday life experiences including education, employment and social activities as well as providing support to sustain and develop relationships alongside skills for everyday living including budgeting, personal care and domestic skills which allows the individual to achieve their own personal outcomes
